Description
Yarrow flowers, cinnamon, coriander seed, ground avocado seeds, ground whole dried lime. A traditional Middle Eastern cuisine using whole dried limes, are very popular and support the nervous system, digestive system and balances blood sugar levels (suitable for diabetics).
Instructions
Add 1 level teaspoon of yarrow powder to 1 cup of hot water and stir well. Use the ground spice mix left over to add into other drinks, fruit, or into salads.
